Prince William is arriving in New Zealand on Sunday the 17th of January, for which will be a very busy visit for the young prince of England. After his arrival in Auckland, Prince William will be visiting Eden Park, one of NZ’s largest Sports Stadiums, where he will observe the renovations for the up and coming Rugby World Cup.
A major part of the Prince’s visit includes opening the new Supreme court, which has just recently been finished. The opening is an outcome of an invitiation by Prime Minister John Key and will be a very important event for not only NZ’s capital, Wellington, but also NZ.
During Prince Williams visit, he will experience a traditional Maori ‘hangi’ meal, which involves food being cooked below the ground on heated rock, as well as a good old kiwi barbecue.
This visit consolidates NZ’s position in the Commonwealth and the Prince’s visit is expected to draw huge numbers.
