NZ Trade Minister visits Washington

NZ Trade Minister, Tim Grosser, is heading to Washington to the members of the new administration
The NZ Associate Minister for Climate Change Issues, Mr Grosser is flying to Washington to meet the Ron Kirk, the United States Trader Representative and special Climate Change expert Todd Stern. The visit is from today, May the 12th to the 15th.
Mr Grosser believes that this is necessary in the advancement of current World Trade Organisation Doha trade negotiations.
Mr Grosser was reported saying that "[he] will also be engaging senior US figures on their approach to the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) -- an innovative FTA proposal involving eight countries, including the United States and New Zealand."
